Cybercrime rests for no one

The beauty of 'Raw Deal' is that it's episodic "Justified", one that leaves Boyd in a tight spot south of the border, but a well-packaged outing nonetheless. The bad guy of the week is a hacker, which puts Raylan in even more of an old-fashioned light. It also lends the episode much of its humor. But outside of the bitter conflict between Boyd and Cousin Johnny, the toughest scene is in Art's office, where his and Raylan's working relationship appears to have run aground.
