If you look at Brandon's fake Driver's License it says that his birth date is 11/29/1991 and the issue date for the Driver's License is 11/18/2000, which would make him 9 years old when it was issued to him. If he was born in 1991 he would have to have been at least 16 to have a permit according to California state law , so the issue date should have been at least 11/29/2007.
