Three years after the events of Uncharted 3 former fortune hunter Nathan Drake has settled down in life. His routine is disrupted however when Sam his older brother who he assumed was dead bursts back into his life. When Sam needs help to find a legendary pirate artefact and with the promise of adventure and fortune Drake dives straight back into his old life to help his brother.
Set three years after his last adventure, retired fortune hunter Nathan Drake has settled down with his wife, Elena. But, when Drake's brother, who was presumed dead, shows up and asks Drake for his help to find a lost pirate artifact, Drake is back into the world of thievery.

Trivia
Laura Bailey auditioned for and won the role of Nadine prior to the finalization of the character design. A concept artist later drew a piece of art with Nadine as a black character and director Neil Druckmann liked the idea of Nadine being a black character but feared inviting controversy having a white actress voice and perform a black character. It wasn't until Naughty Dog had seen Bailey's performance in context that they decided to keep Nadine as a black character as it "vanished into the part and you didn't see anything but Nadine".

Goofs
Not all of the pirates mentioned throughout the game were active at the same time. While records of the era are incomplete and inexact, it's believed that Henry Avery died in the 1690's (possibly 1699 as the game posits). Christopher Condent is mentioned as one of his associates, but Condent wasn't even born until that decade. Anne Bonny, also mentioned, was not born until 1702. Edward England would have been a teenager at the time, being born in 1685.

A Great Ending to A Masterpiece

Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is easily one of the best video games I have ever played. I've played Uncharted 1 and 2, but never finished them, but I did finish Drake's Deception. I haven't played the multiplayer yet (but I did play it's beta) because I just started my second play-through of it on 'Crushing' difficulty (Very Hard). The ending was cute and unexpected. Naughty Dog obviously took in a lot of consideration making this masterpiece. If anyone hates it, it is probably due to the fact that they aren't PlayStation people and simply trying to attract attention. If I would choose any game to play this would be my #1 choice. I recommend this game because it is an Adventure, Puzzle, Shooter, Platformer, Comedy & Strategy. A Masterpiece! Simply a must have. 10/10.
