The banquet!!
24 December 2013 | by A_VoiceSee all my reviews

I always love the aftermath celebrations, these have some of the funniest moments. So there is a touching reunion, but barring that a funny celebration.

The alliance and the G-5 celebrate to Sanji's beast feast, Mocha regains consciousness and the weakness of the gas is revealed.

law reveals the name of the Emperor at the end, which to my surprise was the least expected one. Anyways Law seems trustworthy, but if they manage to bring the Emperor down, who will succeed him, Luffy or Law?, or is their gonna be a fallout midway? Anyways Smoker doesn't seem to be a threat to Luffy as well as Law now. I wonder if Akianu is going to be mad at him or not. Momonosuke and Kin'emon seem to have a messed up past, which I think will be explored in the coming arcs. I have a feeling they are going to trod along the alliance for their next target.

Direction/Animation: Nice.

Story/Screenplay: Good.

Music: Fitting and good, specially the reunion part.

Overall a good celebration episode, which makes me think Doflamingo will not make it in time.
