Trivia

Luke Youngblood and Karen David had similar experiences with their first readings of the script. Both loved the writing but when they came upon their character descriptions - Sid was described as Jewish and for Isabella, writer Dan Fogelman had denoted Jennifer Lawrence - the actors contacted their agents because they were convinced they weren't going to get the parts. Very enjoyable

I had to open a profile just to write something about this show. I really enjoyed it. If you like Mel Brooks' Men in Tights, Kaamelott and stuff like that, you're gonna love it. The actors are very good and very funny, the Galavant lad is very charming as well... The humor, the songs are very good. The sceneries are very beautiful and green. Of course, in European standards, the historical inaccuracy is a little minus, like for example mirrors, candles etc. And those incredibly white teeth the actors have these days... But eh, it is Hollywood, it's fun, it is a genre, so that's OK. I am looking forward to seeing the next episodes of this series which makes me happy. Ps: And yes it is family friendly, who are you kidding? And no words in the world should be bleeped! It is called "freedom of speech", heard about it these days...? How can your kids know which words are not nice to say everywhere if they don't hear them anyway? Duh!
