Storyline

In her opening monologue, host Chelsea Handler talks about the one thing she loves more than black men. Chelsea and her round table panelists Kerri Kenney-Silver, Jamie Lee and Ross Mathews discuss yesterday's election results including New Jersey Governor Chris Christie being reelected and Bill de Blasio being elected Mayor of New York, a man arrested for trying to take photographs up women's dresses on the Boston subway arguing that it's his constitutional right to do so, a middle school coach in Portland who would rather lose his job than cancel a team party scheduled at Hooters, and Ryan Lochte getting injured by an overzealous female teenaged fan. And Chelsea chats with guest Kelly Osbourne about her show Fashion Police (2002), her brother Jack Osbourne being a contestant on Dancing with the Stars (2005), doing promotions for E! with Ross Mathews, running into each other in Hawaii, and getting some tattoos removed.
