In a marked change from what is usually shown on cop shows, Agent Keen (Megan Boone) is chewed out and charged with giving up her firearm when she confronted the suspect. Police agencies have rules against an officer/agent giving up their firearm as she was shown doing. The reason for this is due to once she was disarmed, he could easily shoot her as well as the hostage and others, along with the fact his escape presented a clear danger to many more people.
