Another very good featuette that can be found on the Shout Factory! Blu-ray of PSYCHO III. This one here runs around 11-minutes and features make-up artist Michael Westmore talking about his work for Anthony Perkins on PSYCHO III. Westmore starts off talking about his earliest days at Universal, why he left and why he eventually came back. As for this film, he talks about being under no pressure to try and match this mother up with the original because Perkins had his own idea of what mother should look like here and of course there were other things that they wanted to do with her. Through some photos taken during the production we learn how mother was created and what all was done to make sure she fell apart the correct way. For fans of the film this here is another must-see because there's plenty of good stories being told and it's interesting to see the process of bringing mother to life.
