Manuel returns with his mother to their former home in a middle-class neighbourhood. Suspicious of his intentions, Priyadarshini and her friends begin gathering clues, convinced he may be hiding something sinister.

Priyadarshini, alias Priya, a determined homemaker desperate for a job, lives with her husband Anthony and their daughter Kani in a close-knit community. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she and her neighbor, Stephy, a single mother, successfully clear technical interviews for the same company. Meanwhile, Manuel, who runs his late father's business, Grace Bakers, moves into the neighborhood with his aged, widowed mother, Grace. While the neighbors warm up to him, Priya harbors suspicions about his shady behavior.

Her fears are validated when Manuel secretly slaughters a monitor lizard and serves it as beef at a neighborhood gathering. As Priya grows wary, Manuel conspires with his uncle Roy and cousin Dr. John to eliminate someone-seemingly his mother, Grace-who remains mysteriously secluded, avoiding all contact with the neighbors.

During Priya and Anthony's wedding anniversary party, a minor fire breaks out at Manuel's house due to an unattended clothes iron, and Grace goes missing. Manuel files a police complaint, and she is eventually found at a railway station. He claims that Grace has Alzheimer's, but Priya finds this suspicious as she has often seen Grace managing daily chores efficiently. She shares her doubts with her close friends, Sulu and Asma. Meanwhile, Stephy grows closer to Manuel and offers to look after Grace for a day. Unbeknownst to her, Manuel, under John's guidance, sedates both her and Grace with drug-laced mango juice. As Stephy falls asleep, Roy sneaks in and abducts Grace, making it seem like another disappearance.

Manuel's elder sister, Diana, arrives from New Zealand to handle the chaos and put their land up for sale. Disappointed with the lack of progress in the investigation, she decides to return. Before leaving, she gives Priya her contact details. Later, Priya is shocked to see Grace in her house, but Manuel convinces Anthony that Grace is still missing. Determined to uncover the truth, Priya sneaks into Manuel's house with Sulu and Asma keeping watch outside. Caught in the act, she is warned by Manuel to stay away. Meanwhile, John disposes of what appears to be Grace's remains using aqua regia, but Manuel notices a crimson damp patch on the wall, indicating a possible cover-up. He hastily paints over it and hides the spot with sacks, further raising Priya's suspicions.

Soon, Manuel surprisingly brings Grace back home, making the community dismiss their doubts-except for Priya. She tries contacting Diana but realizes that Manuel has been impersonating his sister through text messages. On the day of her second job interview, Priya stumbles upon Diana's Instagram profile and discovers that she was in a same-sex relationship with a Tamil woman named Aditi Thyagarajan, with whom she planned to adopt a child in New Zealand. Simultaneously, Aditi arrives in India, worried about Diana's sudden silence.

Priya connects the dots and realizes that Manuel, Roy, and John murdered Diana to uphold their so-called family honor, with Grace orchestrating the crime. Shocked, she abandons her interview and attempts to contact Aditi, but Manuel abducts her before she can act. Meanwhile, Priya's biologist friend confirms that a sample taken from the painted wall contains human bone cells, proving a gruesome cover-up.

Determined to expose the crime, Priya tracks Manuel and his accomplices to their new bakery outlet and alerts the police. Before the authorities arrive, Manuel spots Priya and attacks her. In a desperate struggle, she rams him with her car, subdues John, and rescues Aditi. The shocking truth unfolds, leading to the arrest of Manuel, Grace, John, and Roy, leaving the entire neighborhood in utter disbelief.
