User Reviews

This movie will touch hearts and inspire people to read the Gospels to learn more about Jesus
5 March 2014 | by RayceJGSee all my reviews

Yes, I would have loved it if this movie cited more scriptures and highlighted more of His miracles but what was there was anointed, inspirational and will motivate people to learn more about the Son of God. I really liked how this film captured His interactions with the disciples after the resurrection and up to His Ascension into heaven 40 days later. I also thought Jesus appearing to John at the very end was powerful and moving. Indeed, Jesus is the Alpha and the Omega, The First and The Last, The Beginning and the End, The Lion of the Tribe of Judah, and The Bright and Morning Star! Now, I really hope a big Hollywood studio makes a movie about how Saul of Tarsus became the great Apostle Paul. That movie would be something to behold, especially if it covers all of Paul's adventures, travels, trials, tribulations, and victories using today's special and visual effect capabilities!
