Meanwhile Alfie consents to taking on Prop Maartie in a charity fun run and asks Michelle's help to train him. After advice from Granny Mo he also makes a grand gesture to win her over into becoming his girlfriend. Alfie does well in the fun run whilst Maartie lets himself and Carly down and she dumps him. The family gathers in the pub to toast Michelle and Alfie but the next morning a hung over Alfie wakes to find Carly in bed with him. —don @ minifie-1
