- There is NO NUDITY in the film, despite the "moderate and severe" rating others have voted. -- There is a girl swimming in a bikini for half a second in the early video/ad segment. -- And the one and only un-sexy sex scene is the mostly clothed Ax$el rodding a fully clothed mama Julie over a couch, briefly.
Violence & Gore

- OVER CREDITS: Extreme close-up of the epidermis layer of a human face being surgically operated on: an incision, flaps of skin flayed, swabbed muscle tissue, the face reapplied over the exposed flesh and stapled tight, with careful lip and cheek injections to end it.
Profanity

- The profanity is NOT "severe" despite what some have voted. Others need to vote and help correct that rating.

- There IS alcohol and drinking in the movie despite the "none" rating some others have voted. There is a private bar the contestants have drinks at. They even drink wine and toast with champagne at their first meal together.

- A person is impaled onto a spiked wall.
- A person is hooked with IVs into each of their major arteries and drained blood dry in under a minute.
- A person is killed by a single gunshot to the chest.
- A man is bound in a pillory and is plugged end to end by an engulfing black buttplug and a bulbous knob for his mouth. An attached tubing is snaked down his throat with the other end connected to gas canisters which pump him full and bloated until his bleeding eyes start to bulge from his face and then.... SPLAT. Blood and innards bukake onto a window. -- Then an NPC rolls in to commence mop up duty.
- Two NPCs are no-look, 'no-scope head shotted' dead... by accident.
- Two people fighting in a pool get lit when another person flips a switch electrifying the water and electrocuting them... to their deaths....(?)
- A person discovers a recently dead head in a gift box. And like at the end in SE7EN, would rather not talk about it.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Mama Julie wails at the sight and sound of an NPC struggling to shut the lid of a coffin containing her pint-sized son.
- A kid playing in a greenhouse succumbs to a toxic gas filling the place while adults watch... until one of those adults darts in to rescue him and resuscitate him back to life.
