Patterson has Roosevelt put Jax under 24-hour surveillance, whilst Barosky's café is shut down, and Diosa del Sur fails inspection. In response, Jax makes Patterson an unexpected offer. Nero is released from prison, and Gemma tells him everything that happened with her and Tara. However, his efforts to smooth things over between the two are not met with enthusiasm by anyone, least of all Jax. A young girl, Brooke Putner (Hayley McFarland), vandalises SAMCRO's new clubhouse, with Unser explaining she may blame them for the death of her mother, who was killed in the pile-up resulting from JT's fatal crash eighteen years prior. Tara finalises preparations for her divorce but accidently lets slip to Nero that Gemma was involved in JT's death, prompting Gemma to tell Nero everything that happened in the months leading up to the accident.
