War is declared and Britain must take action against Nazi Germany if Europe is going to be saved from its ruthless clutches. Determined to beat the enemy Flt. RAF Hemswell was a well-established RAF bomber base. The aircrews would not have been billeted in tents, nor would there be a briefing tent. There was brick-built accommodation with heating and all the mod cons. It seems that this film seems to have borrowed its ideas from the SAAF experiences in the western desert campaign. See more »
