Bravo! This inspiring true story of Asia's finest Opera voice is a beautiful testimony of abiding friendship, trust and love. The story dramatically unfolds in the cut-throat world of the Opera music industry.
Mr. Jae-Chul is played by Ji-Tae Yu; however, the audio soundtrack of the operatic performances are taken from real live recordings of Mr. Jae-Chul's voice before tragedy strikes. In my opinion, just getting to listen to the soundtrack makes this movie a worthwhile event.
Sawada's enduring friendship and faith in Jae-Chul before and after the tragedy makes one realize that true friendships are a necessity in even the most cut-throat of industries.
I just heard Mr. Jae-Chul sing in Tokyo last Sunday. Sawada was still at his side and Jae-Chul is still magnificent!
