- A woman is bound to a bed by her arms and feet with tape, while her twin children focus sunlight through a magnifying glass, burning a dark hole into her face while she screams. This is explicitly shown complete with steam from the wound.
- A woman is bound to the bed by her arms and feet with tape, while her twin children forcefully prop her mouth open with a golf tee and saw into her gums with dental floss. At first it is not seen as the shot has the twins blocking the view of what they are doing but a very gruesome "Sawing" sound is heard. For a brief few seconds we see her screaming with blood pouring out of her mouth as her twins cut into her gums.
