When he is betrayed by a trusted friend, Mathayus must marshal all his strength and cunning to outwit a formidable opponent who will stop at nothing to unlock a supreme ancient power.
My family has always been a fan of the Mummy and when the same creators started The Scorpion King franchise we've watched ever since. I have to say, between the amazing fight sequences and the humor (that lacked in the other ones) this movie was all around quite enjoyable. It's kid friendly and worth watching! It's definitely an action/adventure/comedy. Those looking for a serious drama won't find it here. The performances were hilarious and the chemistry between the actors was enjoyable. My favorite scene was between Ellen Hollman (Valina) and Eve Torres(Chancara). It may just be the best fight scene between two women I've ever seen!
