Following the devastating aftermath of nuclear war on Earth, a former Nazi Moonbase has become the last refuge for mankind. Limited supplies and overpopulation threaten the survivors until Obi, the leader's daughter, finds a map pointing to a power buried deep under Earth's wasted surface that could save mankind or destroy it once and for all. When an old enemy leads our heroes on an adventure into the Hollow Earth, they must fight an ancient shapeshifting reptilian race to save humanity.

    Barely decent
    The original Iron Sky was way better and I was a big fan of that amazing movie. Sadly, after all this waiting, the sequel is not so good.

    The plot is bad (half the time I didn't know what the characters are trying to do or find or why), the effects are fine I guess (I love the spaceship scenes) and the jokes are weird and miss most of the time.

    It's not a spoiler to tell you what is missing. Yes, the trailers were misleading to a certain degree. There is no Jesus, Putin is there just to dance and half of the scenes in the trailer are not in the movie. The characters have weak or no motivation at all and most of the things that happen seem convenient for the plot.

    The movie just exists to exist. It serves no purpose. I only recommend it for the fans of the 1st movie and my suggestion is to rewatch Iron Sky 1 instead of this flick. That said, the very ending was brilliant!
