A Sweet and Beautifully Animated Episode,
10 August 2014 | by lesleyharris30See all my reviews

Brick Like Me is a brilliant Simpsons episode with a very well written storyline and loads of very funny scenes throughout. This is the shows milestone 550th episode, and they picked a good subject matter to focus on,Homer and Lisa's relationship, but they explored it in a very different way,in a world where Springfield is made out of Lego and no one grows up.I loved seeing the Simpsons in this new animated style, the animation was so wacky and beautiful and it really reminded me of the Lego Movie, this also had a very heartwarming message that was sweet and didn't feel forced like it did in the Lego Movie. Brick Like Me is a definite highlight of the 25th season.

After a toy he bought for Lisa triggers a flashback of a different realty,a Homer living in a Lego universe begins to suspect that his world myth be fictional.
