Derek's past

This episode is interesting because the flashbacks are good, and I find that it's rarely the case in tv shows in general. Peter is not a reliable narrator and Scott senses that Gerard is lying to him, so he threatens the old man. We do not often see this side of Scott and it's great to see him use his power against Gerard. The reason behind Deucalion's blindness and Derek's blue eyes are finally revealed. Ian Nelson plays a convincing young Derek and with Paige's death we have the proof that the werewolf life is not for everybody.

History of Wolfs

In this episode Teen Wolf goes back in the history of wolfs. Derek's past was revealed in this episode, he fell in love with Paige but couldn't save her from dying a really emotional episode with some nice mystery's revealed.
