Storyline

Phoenix Wright, a famous defense attorney, has entered the world of law again after a seven year disbarment period, and has hired a new passionate junior attorney at his office, Athena Cykes, to work alongside himself and his other subordinate, Apollo Justice. America's legal system has entered it's darkest days, with corruption at it's most rampant, and the public's trust in the law at an all time low, sparking Phoenix's desire to return to the law again to make things right. After a terrorist attack occurs during a trial, Apollo is among those wounded, suffering major damage to his eye and arms. Athena's childhood friend, Juniper Woods is blamed for committing the bombing, and with Apollo in no shape to stand at the defense bench, Athena decides her only opinion is to take on the defense herself, despite being a total rookie. However, Athena suffers from extreme PTSD after a traumatic experience from her childhood, which triggers during the trial. Fortunately for her, Phoenix ...
