The gore in this movie is much more graphic than the first movie. The kills/deaths/suicides in this movie are extremely brutal.

A very psychologically stressful movie. The curse starts to feed on the main character and will give the main characters hallucinations of extreme violence that may or may not be real, feeding off of psychological trauma. The traumatic hallucinations the curse creates, and inability to distinguish reality from the curse can be very distressing for a lot of viewers.
