Immediately following the Ecstacy case in New York City, the Replicator has hacked into Garcia's computer system, on which he posts photographs of each of the team members in New York and his "Zugzwang" calling card. Although he has taunted most of the team members individually in the past, he seems to focus his attention on one team member while in New York. That focus, another calling card left by the Replicator in what he believes is from a past case, and that he seems to have easy access to almost anywhere the team has access, leads to the team believing he works within the bureau. Looking at what the Replicator has done up to this point in time, they also believe the motive for his actions has something to do with what was the feud between Blake and Strauss. Even if the team does determine the identity of the Replicator, they have to tread carefully as the Replicator has thus far been able to manipulate the team into what he has wanted them to do, and his final end move may take ...
