Somewhere in the beginning of the movie, the owner of the club drugs girls and abuse them sexually. In particular, they show bare backs , legs and lots of thrusting in that scene.

Violence is more like Kill Bill than The Raid movies in that its borderline cartoonish though still insanely bloody and over the top.

A mans head is shot to pieces in infrared view. Another in normal view (very brief). A man squishes another mans head with his hare hands, an eyeball pops out. A man has his ear bitten off and his eyes gouged out with an ocean of blood resulting from it.

Not as gruesome as The NIght Comes for Us but still incredibly graphic and brutal.

Rated R for strong graphic bloody violence and gore, and intense sequences of action.
