Wyatt's Imaginary friend is named Tony. Just like Danny's imaginary friend in The Shining (1980). Tony was also the name of Kisha's childhood imaginary friend as seen through a home movie in the first movie. See more »

Malcolm:
[Writing in a journal]
Is Agouhl... the same demon... that possessed Kisha? When... are the republicans gonna slip... and call Obama the N-word? When... are they gonna stop making scary movies... without the Wayans? They fucking suck!

Strange or not, i really enjoyed the first "A Haunted House" movie, it was a really funny stuff. Sadly, the second one is a huge disappointment comparing to a first one. The script is so poor and unfunny, that you can think that this was written in two days, it's nearly awful, what a shame. I know it's a parody and has to be stupid, but it has to be fun and stupid, there are great parodies, but this one is a very poor, unfunny mess. They couldn't even make fun out of one of my favorite horror movies in years "Sinister" - everything in "A Haunted House 2" is lame, unfunny (except for one Mexican stereotype joke), horribly acted and simply stupid beyond recognition and fun.
Overall, even if you are hardcore parodies fan, you can safely skip this one, it's a bad one.
