Storyline
Abbie, the matriarch of the Gottesman family, dies of a stroke in the majesty of her house. Charlotte, Abbie's long time friend and always companion, gathers Abbie's children: Jonas and Atara to begin the ritual of seven days confinement to honor the lost of their mother.
