Quotes

Det. Sgt. John Almond: [to Archie] Son. I've been a coach. Real football. Not bocci ball soccer. And I'm telling you to get back into school. Get back on that team. And prove to those boys- no. More importantly, prove to yourself that you aren't in any way diminished as a man.

A new kind of hero.
26 February 2015 | by mamamitzvahSee all my reviews

I loved this first episode. I enjoyed the interactions amongst the characters, the plot & the acting. All were first rate. I look forward to watching the next episodes.

I hope the media backhand that this show has gotten can be overridden by viewer acceptance, I have read nothing positive & was expecting the worst, but it really was a pleasant surprise. This may not be the most politically correct show on the air, but it is entertaining. It does not have zombies, supernatural pretensions or is it geared for the 18-25 year old audience. So, yeah! I think I am in love. Go Backstrom. As long as this is on the air, I will watch.
