Mellie has secretly moved into the Blair House and is threatening to reveal his infidelities unless he promises to be loyal to her. And he thinks she's bluffing while Cyrus says they should be worried. He tries to talk to Mellie but she stands her ground. Olivia's people learn that it was Charlie who attacked Huck at the storage facility and broke into Olivia's. Which makes them think Cyrus is the mole which Olivia doesn't believe. So they try to find him.

The title comes from the phrase "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned", which itself is a paraphrase from a line in William Congreve's 1697 play The Mourning Bride, in which the original line is, "Heaven has no rage like love to hatred turned, Nor hell a fury like a woman scorned."
