actually better than most Hollywood efforts
17 March 2015 | by georgegarganSee all my reviews

I loved this film, it was funny, zany, silly and had a good straight werewolf character and the perfect comedy sidekick.

The narrative and special effects were none too shabby and as a watching experience it was better than most Hollywood horror films that have budgets 40 times greater but zero love of the genre. Wolfman for example was a waste of money and the audiences time. Studios often fudge horror films by getting a director who is bored and wanting to progress up the ladder but Indie does horror just for the kicks.

It wasn't that long and I hope in Wolfcop 2, there is money enough to add some sequences. The cast are all ace and just goes to show how strong Canadian indie film making is in 2014/2015.

Please add a song by American Werewolf Academy next time too!
