Queen Cleopatra

This show pushes the Afro-Centrist & revisionist view that Cleopatra VII was Black.

Unfortunately for the producer of this Drama there are multiple examples of busts, coinage & other artwork produced.

It does not help things when you consider that one of the so-called experts, Professor Shelley P Haley employs Black feminist and critical race approaches to Classics, which she bases on her grandmother telling her so.

We know from recorded history that Cleopatra VII was a member of the Ptolemaic Dynasty of Egypt - a dynasty founded by Ptolemy I Soter, one of Alexander the Great's generals & this dynasty was Macedonian Greek & married only other Macedonian nobles & inter-married in the family to keep the royal bloodline pure.

To try & pass this series as a documentary is extremely dishonest as it is based on a fiction.
