Jessica Jones’ Kieran Mulcare could be playing Solomon Grundy in Gotham season 3

We’ve known for a while the Solomon Grundy is heading to Gotham for the upcoming third season of the Batman prequel show, and now it seems we may know who’ll be playing the zombie supervillain.

Coming Soon has got its hands on a set photo featuring Jessica Jones star Kieran Mulcare decked out in a completely white outfit, in what is being suggested is an early proto-version of Grundy; check it out here…

Gotham will also be introducing the Mad Hatter this season, played by Benedict Samuel (The Walking Dead), while Maggie Geha (All My Children), who replaces Clare Foley as Poison Ivy. Meanwhile, the producers have also teased a possible appearance from Harley Quinn.

It seems young Ivy Pepper has taken a growth spurt. Back in June we reported that Clare Foley had been replaced in the role of Ivy Pepper by Maggie Geha (All My Children, Ted 2, In Stereo), who would be playing an older take on the classic Batman villain in season 3 of Fox's Gotham, and now thanks to TV Insider we have our first look at the character. Ivy's transformation will occur after an encounter with one of Hugo Strange's monstrous Indian Hill experiments. Gotham‘s third season is set to debut on Monday, Sept. 19 at 8/7.

It seems young Ivy Pepper has taken a growth spurt. According to TV Line, Clare Foley has been replaced in the role by Maggie Geha (All My Children, Ted 2, In Stereo), who will be playing an older take on the classic Batman villain in season 3 of Fox's Gotham. The official character description reveals that Ivy's transformation will occur after an encounter with one of Hugo Strange's monstrous experiments. "Following an encounter with a monster from Indian Hill, Ivy Pepper finds herself reborn, and one step closer to the DC villain she is destined to become: Poison Ivy. Now a 19-year-old woman who’s harnessed the full power of her charms, she sets her sights on Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz)." Gotham‘s third season is set to debut on Monday, Sept. 19 at 8/7.
