- Jack is suspicious when Conrad and Victoria start a charity in Amanda Clarke's name; once again, Emily's past catches up with her.

Daniel is appalled to hear it's a ploy to evacuate the family capital in case the Initiative ruins their investment firm and blame Aiden and ends up telling Emily. Jack mistrusts it until Nolan convinces him at Amanda's death was a result of the Ryan revenge but now sides with Conrad. Amanda's foster brother Eli, a major crook, turns up posing as a wealthy donor and, although Nolan works out the truth, scams $100,000 hush money out of 'Emily' to keep her identity switch secret but reneges on his promise to leave New England, focusing on Victoria.—KGF Vissers
- Open with Emily and Aiden at a remote location. She tells him about running into her foster brother Eli, whom she hasn't seen in 14 years. She talks about burning down their house as a girl. Eli protected her from their nasty foster mother.
The Graysons are setting up a foundation in Amanda's honor. They tells Daniel they still aren't sure about Aiden. Daniel doesn't like his parents' plan of ruining yet another life.
Jack is setting up a life insurance policy for himself. Jack is trying to figure out what happened that night. Declan tells Jack Nolan told him about being checked into the hotel in Nantucket. Victoria calls Jack and tells him about the charity, the goal being to help children. They are going to call it the Amanda Clark Foundation.
Emily offers Victoria her services as co-chair for the foundation, along with donating $250,000. Victoria says she'll think about it. Eli arrives at the Grayson home and speaks with both Victoria and Emily. He notices a tattoo on Emily's wrist. Victoria invites him to the inaugural benefit for Amanda. Eli says he'll be staying for a while.
Emily tells Nolan she doesn't buy Eli's story of being in London the previous week as a rare books dealer. She calls him a wildcard and Nolan says he'll look into him.
Daniel is feeling guilty about Amanda. He reminds Conrad that he created a fund just about the plane crash. Conrad reminds him that they do what they do for the family, not just themselves. Aiden walks into the office and Conrad offers his blessing for Aiden being appointed to the board.
Emily stops by Jack's bar and finds Eli sitting there having a drink. She asks Jack for another chance and he asks what Amanda thought of her father when they were in juve together. Eli just told him Amanda hated her father and doesn't understand why she would risk everything to clear his name. Jack walks away and Eli reveals that he knows based on Emily's tattoo that she's really Amanda.
Emily and Eli leave the bar and talk. He says he spent years trying to find her and asks what's going on. She tells him about trading her name. She tells him she can't have him staying there and he reminds her about protecting her when they were kids. He admits the Columbia degree and job in rare books is a lie to trick the Graysons, and says he has warrants in three states. Emily says she has a way to wipe his record clean, provided he leaves.
Aiden breaks up a fight between a drunk Daniel and some jerk in the bar. Daniel doesn't think he needs any help. Conrad happens to be in the corner watching the whole thing.
Jack finds out that somebody who looked like Nolan chartered a boat the night Amanda was killed. When he returned to the dock he was covered in blood and paid cash in order to buy the boat outright.
The night of the fundraiser Victoria hints to Emily that she may have found another candidate for the foundation. Nolan shows Eli that his record has been wiped clean and Emily gives him $100,000 to start a new life.
Declan seems a little jealous of Eli, who has been spending quite a bit of time with Charlie.
Emily tells Ashley that Eli and Amanda weren't as close as he's claiming. She says the Graysons shouldn't be comfortable being under the same roof.
Ashley tells Victoria there is reason to suspect Eli's motives. When Victoria learns Emily was the source of the information she thinks it's another reason to welcome him with open arms.
Aiden tells Daniel he knows someone he should talk to. He thinks Emily would be a perfect person to help guide him through this.
Daniel is furious with Conrad that he named Aiden treasurer of the Amanda Clarke Foundation. Conrad tells him the foundation will be a front and the goal is to frame Aiden for stealing their money.
While Eli speaks with Charlie and Victoria, Emily walks over and brings up the fire Amanda/she set all those years ago. This starts a discussion of how hard Eli and Amanda's lives were. Eli gives Victoria a check for $100,00, saying he'd like to donate it to the charity.
Jack walks in and grabs the microphone. He thanks the Graysons for "giving me hope that something good will come from all this." On his way out Jack confronts Nolan about lying to him about saving his life. He's furious Nolan and Emily haven't been honest with him. Victoria announces she's making Eli co-chair of the foundation.
Eli tells Emily that he changes his mind once he heard that she ratted him out to Ashley. He knows there's more to the story and is curious. Daniel grabs Emily for a conversation.
Nolan follows Jack to his place. He gives him the title to the boat, which is in the name of Kenny Ryan. Nolan wants him to leave the Ryans alone and focus on his family.
Daniel tells Emily about his parents' plot with the foundation.
The Conrads have raised $5 million for the foundation. Daniel stops by and tells his parents Aiden should be confirmed. He leaves and his parents talk about Daniel speaking with Emily.
Emily tells Nolan about how the Grayson are planning to use the foundation. She thinks they can use this information to bankrupt the family.
The next morning Emily tells Aiden about the plan with the foundation. She's still trying to figure out what to do with Eli.
Daniel introduces Aiden as the replacement for Conrad's seat.
Nolan tries to use Carrion to access the Grayson's accounts. It's not working and he tells Emily this reminds him of something. We flash to him telling David Clarke the Gryasons were using a notorious hacker named The Falcon to frame him. David told him not to worry about him and focus on his daughter. He gives Nolan a box with "her future." In present day Nolan tells Emily the person protecting the Graysons' bank account is the one who destroyed her father. "Let's go hunting," Emily says.
