An unmarried young couple, Kaia and Andrew, are renovating Kaia's secluded family estate. Their lives are violently disrupted upon the unexpected arrival of Kaia's half sister, Christine, and her fiancé, Ira. Prior tensions and jealousies burgeon as new alliances form and childhood patterns resurface. As the days grow darker and the nights more disturbing, Kaia is forced to confront Christine's increasingly tangled perception of reality, which in turn may have begun to alter her own. Scandinavians have an open approach to nakedness and sex but that we already knew, so nothing new here. Further an extremely irritating half-sister of whom you wish that she will be killed or kill herself, the sooner the better. And to make it really 'interesting' an end without explanation... Be sure not to give this to somebody as a present or the friendship will be over... unless that would be the intention off course.
