Two sexagenarians, a bartender and a parking lot attendant want to explore their forbidden passions. A conservative, well-off couple drown their disappointments in booze and gambling. And a man does his utmost to make amends for an irredeemable action, bringing us to a plane bound for Cuba. An ensemble film where every character affects the lives of others.Written by
A nurse who is a Jehovah's Witness, two sexagenarians, a conservative couple and a man with a past. One could say that this is a religious one, because of large Jehovah's Witness part, and a strong question raised - how much religion should impact on our lives? This however isn't just a simple propaganda and certainly there's more than one perspective and character study here.
Essentially, it's a movie about people facing different dilemmas, wanting different things from life, being in different life point.
If you're into fast action and story telling, skip this one. The momentum isn't there until the end, but it's worth it.
