Toma arrives home after a long day's work. He was laid off and has no idea how to let his wife know.She gives him a bitter welcome: the upstairs neighbor has been screaming all day and their one year old son doesn't stop crying. Toma pays Amza a visit hoping for some peace of mind. He enters his long time neighbor's apartment, it has a 80's feel to it. He makes acquaintance with a totally unexpected universe. Although it looks like we are entering the world of a mad man we uncover a father who wish to recover his son. Slowly the two seem to form a bond that goes beyond the norms of the ordinary.Written by
The script was written 10 years before Jamil Hendi decided the movie should be made: more specifically in 2002 when Jamil Hendi was 18 years old and he began to write short stories, not yet developed into scripts as he wasn't prepared for the process yet. In august 2012, after 10 years, Elena Hendi (she told him that this script would be a good story several times before ) persuaded him to do it. That is why this movie is dedicated to Elena Hendi, as she believed the most in this story. The script was rewritten in august 2012 and shot in November 2012.
