- Following the devastation on The Amanda, Emily's vengeance is renewed.
- Everybody sanctimoniously gathers for the funeral of Amanda, who died in the yacht's explosion after she climbed back on to retrieve a keepsake. The Graysons generation rift is worsened as Daniel learns about the Initiative pickle he inherited, while his parents bicker how to coax Trask and Charlotte drifts father away. Nolan risks his CFO position by holding back the secret software with apocalyptic potential even from Daniel. Jack recovers from his wounds and discovers Amanda's hidden evidence and thus her vindictive partnership with Emily, whom he therefore reviles.—KGF Vissers
- Open with Nolan trying to talk Emily off the ledge. She's convinced the Graysons are responsible for Amanda's death and grabs her gun. While changing out of her bloody clothes she finds the necklace and flashes back to Amanda's dying words.
Conrad is frustrated he can't get Nate on the phone. Daniel says that no news means nothing has changed. Charlie rushes downstairs with Declan with word that Jack's been shot. Daniel tells them he's "shutting these barbarians down." Trask calls and Conrad tells him he wants a face-to-face. Victoria asks Conrad about Nate.
Noland tells Aiden he's concerned Emily is out of control. Emily walks downstairs and tells them Jack's out of surgery. Aiden wonders if perhaps Helen has been taken out of commission.
Emily arrives at the hospital with Nolan. Jack appears to have gotten lucky. Nate's body been found, but there is no sign of Amanda. Ellen is convinced the Graysons are behind everything that's happened and promises Nolan she's going to make them pay.
Conrad and Victoria meet with Trask. Conrad blame Nate for what happened. Trask wonders if the computer will be salvaged and thinks it seems the Graysons' problems have resolved themselves at little too neatly. They realize the only person alive who can refute their version of things is Jack.
Trask call Daniel at work. He's sent him a purchase request for their account. Aiden pays Daniel a visit and wonders if he can take Conrad's seat on the Board of Directors.
At Jack's place Trask introduces himself to Emily as a police officer of some kind. He asks about Amanda. Trask gets a call that the Coast Guard has identified the another victim and Amanda's sister is on her way to ID the body.
Ashley asks Conrad if he killed Amanda. He points out that she had a hand in much of what happened with the Ryans.
Nolan tells Padma he's not going to hand over his program until they have proof her father is alive. He plans to look into Helen's phone records.
Nolan tells Emily he's now convinced the Graysons killed Helen and were framing Amanda to deflect the Initiative's attention.
Emily finds Victoria in the coroner's department waiting area. Charlie went in to ID the body herself. An emotional Charlie comes out and throws herself into Victoria's arms.
Daniel drops by Nolan's office unannounced. He reminds him that he never got the R&D report on Carrion and threatens him with lawsuits if it turns out the program wasn't destroyed.
Charlie talks to Victoria about seeing Amanda's body. She can't find anyone to invite to her service, having been stonewalled by the juvenile records. After Victoria leaves Charlie starts doing some online research. She finds Amanda's name related to a fire and starts searching the names of the people who were in the home with her.
Emily still can't find Amanda's computer. It hasn't pinged Nolan, which makes him think the Graysons don't have it either. He tells her about Daniel's threat. Emily's upset that Victoria's using Amanda's death closer to Charlie.
Jack has woken up. Emily and Declan rush to his side and he asks about Amanda. They tell him that Amanda is dead. Conrad arrives at this moment and Jack says he wants to speak with him "alone." Conrad has offered to pay Jack's hospital bill. Conrad apologizes for not realizing that Nate was using him. Jack says he doesn't know how he can ever repay Conrad. Jack wants to get out of bed and finish what Amanda started with regards to the Graysons framing her father. He tells Emily and Nolan he doesn't know where the computer is located.
Daniel has realized that Grayson Global profited from the crash of David Clarke's plane. He tells her about interacting with Trask and Aiden. She thinks Daniel should give Aiden the Initiative's accounts to see how he handles them.
Jack has relocated to his home. They still can't find Amanda's computer. He asks Emily to give Amanda's eulogy. He's upset that Amanda didn't tell him the truth about everything but she convinces him her love was real. After she leaves Jack finds a key.
Emily checks in on Charlie, who is still upset there won't be more people at the funeral. After Emily leaves Charlie gets an IM from an Eli James, who wonders if she's still looking for Amanda Clarke's foster brother. He writes "you've found him."
Jack opens a locker down at the marina. Inside he finds a duffle bag.
Conrad holds a press conference near Jack's bar. With Conrad speaking in the background Jack opens the bag and finds a computer.
Nolan tells Emily that someone at Jack's bar has turned on the computer. Jack joins Conrad at the podium, smiling and shaking his hand.
Jack has figured out that Emily and Amanda were actually as close as sisters. He's upset she kept so much from him.
Nolan tells Padma he spent all night working on Carrion. The fingerprint matched her father's immigration file and hands her a flash drive and reminds her that the Initiative has a record of not keeping promises.
Emily delivers the eulogy. During the service we see Aiden break into an office. After the service Jack thanks Conrad for being there and asks him if they can meet to find a way to remember Amanda. Emily tells Nolan she's thinking about telling Jack the truth. Nolan thinks she should wait. Jack asks Nolan to help him with some "computer problems." Conrad assures Trask over the phone that "the boy knows nothing." Victoria tells Emily it's a blessing David didn't leave to see his daughter die.
Jack comes home to find his apartment has been ransacked. He tells Nolan "Grayson."
But we see that it was Aiden who broke in and got the computer. He gives it to Emily, who promptly throws it into the ocean. She thinks it was clouding her judgment.
Daniel asks his assistant to take the clock with the Initiative camera to the shop.
Emily meets Eli at the gravesite.
