Storyline

Life. Reality. Dream. We struggle daily to ascertain which is which. We look in the mirror, and see two people. Two separate beings inhabiting one body. One angel. One devil. Never knowing which is which, we plunge ourselves into the unknown, braving the world, never knowing how a single interaction may shift the path we tread. Jesse, an artist, a criminal, a father, struggling to find his passion in the world again, floating through the seedy world of Venice on the last breath of hope. Anais, a dancer, a mute, a loner, devoid of family, at the end of her career, the only way she knows how to communicate. A chance encounter. A bitter struggle ensues for both. It may be the end. It may be the beginning. Or it all might be a dream. Written by Ashley Noel
