The election is a week away and Bob prepares for a live televised debate with the other candidates. Sadly the doctor will not give him things to make his eyes look sparkly under the cameras and the local gym will not help him improve his appearance since he was caught stealing their tennis racquets. With his attempt to hypnotise Nick into wanting to run to the toilet also a failure the debate does not seem to be going well for Bob as his interruptions of the rival candidates and lack of clear policies draw boos from the audience. But then something amazing happens when he appeals to Scottish national pride to reject the English interlopers and earns a standing ovation.
