They mention the "large" delivery of 355 metric tonnes of concrete with 218 trucks. Apart from the fact that wet concrete is usually referred to in volume, not weight, the calculation of trucks needed for this weight is wrong. The mixing trucks on average hold 18 tons of concrete each, meaning that they only need 20 trucks.
Locke talks about 350 metric tonnes of concrete as being the largest concrete pour in Europe ever (apart from nuclear and military facilities). Concrete is calculated by volume. 350 tonnes is about 160 cubic metres - basically about enough to fill a room that is 9 metres long x 9 metres wide x 2 metres deep. The price of this concrete would be somewhere in the region of £10,000 at 2014 prices. Many projects exist where over 3,000 cubic metres has been poured in a day (about 6,600 tonnes), so 350 tonnes isn't something a decent sized company would get too excited about, and you could probably complete it in 3-4 hours with just one concrete pump.
The new baby is 2 months premature, yet is heard crying lustily.
(at around 46 mins) When Ivan is searching for a caller in his address book you can see on the gearstick, that the car he is meant to be driving is in Park.
The BMW seat belt appears to be a standard lap sash type, yet Ivan Locke does not appear to be wearing it; it is certainly not being worn over his shoulder and across his torso in the correct way. Yet in some scenes shot side-on a seat belt does appear to be being pulled forward as Tom Hardy leans forward. He's driving at 90 mph so say 145 km/h, Locke is a guy who would wear a seat belt, not to do so is out of character.

Whilst driving down the M1 southbound Ivan Locke drives past the junction for Luton Airport (Junction 10), then a few minutes later he drives past the sign for Luton Central (Junction 11). We know that he is driving from the Birmingham area to London. In reality, the Junction for Luton Central comes before the Junction for Luton Airport whilst driving this road. Also, towards the films climax he takes nearly 10 minutes to drive between Junction 6 (North Watford) and Junction 5 (Watford - A41) - in reality this takes about 2 to 3 minutes, even with the 50 mph temporary speed restrictions, and we can see that Ivan Locke is moving at a steady purposeful speed the whole time.
