Mirror Master Will Undergo Some Changes When He Appears In The Flash

One of the most exciting additions to season three of The Flash is the villainous Mirror Master. A member of The Rogues, fans have been wondering for a while now why he’s never shown up in The CW series, but when he does appear (played by Star-Crossed‘s Grey Damon), it sounds like he’ll be a little different to his comic book counterpart.

The Flash executive producer Todd Helbing explained in a recent interview that this version of Mirror Master is going to be a metahuman rather than someone who wields a special gun which allows him to travel between this and the mirror dimension.

“[Mirror Master] doesn’t use the [mirror] gun. He’s a true meta, but he’s not necessarily warping into other dimensions.”

It almost sounds as if the villain’s powers have also been vastly altered, but despite how trippy The Flash has often been, you

The Flash Season 3: Grey Damon Cast as Mirror Master

  • TVfanatic
Another famous Rogue villain is making his way to The Flash Season 3.

If you thought the best Rogues had already come and gone, you were wrong!

Grey Damon will become Sam Scudder aka Mirror Master for The Flash Season 3 Episode 4. Does that mean he'll be a one and done character?

We'll have to wait and watch the show to find out whether Mirror Master will be in more than one installment, but even more interesting is whether or not he'll be fighting The Flash or Kid Flash.

We don't know yet how long it will take to set the wrongs of Flashpoint right...or even if that means we won't still have two flashes fighting the forces of evil on the streets of Central City afterward anyway!

Sam Scudder is a pretty well known guy in the DC canon. Real comic book fans were surprised he was left behind during the initial two seasons.

The Flash Season 3: Meet Caitlin's Mom!

  • TVfanatic
Susan Walters is no stranger to The CW, nor is she stranger to playing moms.

Walters has appeared on The Vampire Diaries as Tyler's mom Carol, starred on the The CW's short-lived Star-Crossed and appeared on MTV's Teen Wolf as Lydia's mom, Natalie.

Now she's joining The Flash Season 3 as Caitlin Snow's mom, with the potential to recur.

Walters will be playing Carla Tannhauser, a world class bioengineer and CEO of a major research company. Of course!

Did we expect Caitlin to fall far from the genetic tree?

Unfortunately, their similarities may stop there.

The relationship is icy at best, with Caitlin considering her mother cold and withholding.

In return, Carla thinks her daughter is rebellious and ungrateful.

If we're going to choose sides before meeting Carla, I'm going to have to side with Caitlin on this one. How could any mother consider the prim and proper, hardworking woman that

"Silent Hill"-Esque Town Becomes A TV Series

NBC has won a bidding war for "Centralia," a new genre drama from "Star-Crossed" creator/executive producer Meredith Averill.

The dark character-driven genre soap is based on the real town in central Pennsylvania where an underground coal mine fire has been burning for over fifty years. Condemned in 1992, the majority of residents relocated but eight won the right to stay.

In the series, the remaining few residents in this often fog-shrouded ghost town are determined to preserve their homes but are unaware of the evil slowly making its way to the surface. Roger Avary, who penned the 2006 film adaptation of the "Silent Hill" video game series, says his script was inspired by the town.

Averill is executive producing along with Amblin TV's Darryl Frank and Justin Falvey.

The series will explore the mystery and possible evil that lurks in the abandoned mines.
