Storyline

Emma and her sister Stacey are normal teenagers in a small town, when a mysterious infection begins to spread. With the town quarantined, and their parents stuck on the other side of the barrier, the girls have a blast eating junk food and sneaking out to go to parties. But when the disease starts to infect people they know, the girls, together with their neighbor Evan (Emma's secret crush), barricade themselves into their home. But it may already be too late, as the infection is already in their midst, and Emma will be faced with a choice: protect her sister or survive the virus. Written by Bryan Do

Cute cliché.

Is it that bad? No. Is it worth your time? Most likely no again. Is it an avoid at all cost. Strike 3, and no again.

So, someone out there decided that there is room for yet another zombie movie. Originality dodged the bullet so we had all the typical moves possible, with some, kinda, perhaps, more rarely used elements, that sadly make for a thin and predictable plot. There are no moments during this movie when you'll have no idea what's about to happen.

It's just out there, every next scene being prepared and previewed in you mind easily 5 minutes before it actually hits the screen. So because of that, there is not much to do with this. I suggest you try something like Hide per example. I actually loved that one.

Cheers!
