While still out to destroy the evil Umbrella Corporation, Alice joins a group of survivors living in a prison surrounded by the infected who also want to relocate to the mysterious but supposedly unharmed safe haven known only as Arcadia.

Picking up immediately after the events in Resident Evil: Retribution, Alice (Milla Jovovich) is the only survivor of what was meant to be humanity's final stand against the undead. Now, she must return to where the nightmare began - The Hive in Raccoon City, where the Umbrella Corporation is gathering its forces for a final strike against the only remaining survivors of the apocalypse.Written by

Milla's daughter Ever was originally only supposed to shoot for two days as the young Alicia, with no dialogue. However she was then asked to stand in for the Red Queen simply as a reference for the visual effects but was so good they decided to use her in the actual film. She ultimately had to learn more dialogue than anyone else in the movie. See more »
The Final Chapter supposedly takes place 10 years after the outbreak in Raccoon City, but this is impossible. Resident Evil takes place in 2002 with Resident Evil: Apocalypse taking place only a day, or at most a few days after the first. Resident Evil: Extinction takes place 5 years after the first outbreak putting the time line at 2007. Then Resident Evil: Afterlife takes place 18 months after Extinction placing it most likely in 2009. Then _Resident Evil Retribution_ takes place directly after Afterlife and the Final Chapter takes place 3 weeks after Retribution. Someone should really introduce him to the concept of shots not measured in milliseconds. I thought this seizure inducing train wreck was banned. Oh, sorry, that was a Pokemon episode. Not sure how I got confused, the Pokemon episode made more sense. But in all seriousness, over the course of the entire Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street and Halloween series the three slashers made fewer cuts than Paul did in the first five minutes.
