Did You Know?
In the beginning of the episode Jim, Kevin, and Darryl are seen speaking about the 2012-2013 NBA season. Jim talks about the possibility of the 76ers making the playoffs as a five seed. In reality they finished 34-48 and just missed the playoffs. Jim also mentions Andrew Bynum who the 76ers made a major multi-team trade to acquire however Bynum injured his foot bowling and never played a game for the 76ers. See more
Lice is the topic of this plot-line, but there are several inconsistencies/ untruths in regard to actual lice infestations. There is no way a "lice outbreak" would occur office wide so quickly. By the time outbreaks are usually detected, weeks have already passed. Contrary to popular belief, lice do not jump or crawl or migrate from body-to-body without close, direct contact of faces and hair. A louse away from warm, moist skin would die within a few hours. Erin also calls lice a "nuisance" at one point and "not a big deal". Although it is true that lice do not spread disease or illness, they DO cause skin irritation by sucking blood (like mosquitoes). They do not simply subsist on hair oil as often is mistaken. See more
