In Reynosa, Mexico, an elite US joint special-ops team makes a raid to capture Luis Cisneros, who has taken over the Molina drug cartel, and who has cooperated with the Hezbollah; due to a leak, however, the team walks into an ambush; Granger tasks the Callen team to pinpoint the breach. Eric and Nell narrow the field of suspects to a group of civilian tactical role players (TRPs), who, under Inman, posed as the bad guys during the drills to prepare for the raid; the fearless foursome go undercover as another elite team to become close to the TRPs; during the first exercise the TRPs kick the team's tails; the second drill becomes real, and one TRP dies. Granger takes Inman to the boatshed, and G and Sam realize that Granger and Inman share something in the past; Nell goes into the field to do some work, and the others lose contact with her; she gets into trouble, but she defeats her captor; the team put all the pieces together and grab Cisneros, and Nell accepts an apology.

In the beginning scene at the office a large box is delivered which spikes Deeks curiousity. When he goes to Google the return address G, played by O'Donnell, tells him it is against the law. Deeks answers back and at the end says to O'Donnell "all for one and one for all. Isn't that what you used... " where he gets cut off.
