Great Message That People Should Know,
1 May 2013 | by FilmBuff1994See all my reviews

The Day The Earth Stood Cool is a fantastic Simpsons episode with a lot of really funny scenes. The episode offers a really good message, telling you how being cool isn't a really important thing, and it doesn't really matter, this is something a lot of people should know, and makes this message stand out well as it shows Homer becoming obsessed with being cool.I really enjoyed Patton Oswalts's guest appearance as T-Rex,he did a really good job,and his voice blended in unexpectedly well with the young kid. This episode is certainly a lot of fun.

When Homer becomes obsessed with impressing his new neighbor,he begins constantly trying to be cool, and Bart and Lisa make quick friends with the family's son as well, but Marge is not in favour of it.
