Trivia

Billy Dee Williams had heavily expressed interest in reprising his role as Lando Calrissian. Rian Johnson considered using him in Star Wars: Episode VIII - The Last Jedi (2017) but decided that it wouldn't fit well in the story. On July 9, 2018, after several weeks of rumors, it was confirmed that Williams would indeed be returning as Lando for this movie. The original Colin Trevorow script featured Lando owning a cabaret bar. Some fans speculated it would also feature Lando singing a musical number with dancers in a way that would mirror Jabba The Hutt's palace musical number in Return of the Jedi. Though the musical song rumor was never confirmed. See more »

Look If After Reading This You Still Wish to Watch it.. Go Ahead...

They have horses (yup horses) on the outside of a starship galloping while the star destroyer is in motion and beating the weaponry of the empire in terms of speed*!

*JJ Abrams read somewhere that Lucas' vision was a Western in space and he got the wrong idea.
