The beginning of the show, when Christina Ricci's character takes off her top and proceeds to do a breast cancer self-examination while a black bar is superimposed over her breasts is highly reminiscent of a sketch done on the premiere episode (season 6, episode 1) of Saturday Night Live (2016)'s ill-fated 6th season in a commercial spoof for the American Cancer Society where Gail Matthius performs a breast self-examination while a black bar is imposed over her breasts.
