Inspirational story of empowerment and accomplishment

If you have ever thought "if only I could lose weight" or "if only I could run, but I'm too fat" this film will show you that you can accomplish whatever you set your mind to!

If these 12 individuals were able to lose a combined total of 1200 pounds and become runners, why can't you? You will laugh, you will cry, you will be touched by their stories and their accomplishments. Best of all? You will know that you can do it too, and their FB group is filled with people just like you.
