After a desperate attempt by Lisa to become more popular backfires, Lady Gaga shows up in Springfield to help her with her self-esteem.
DON'T WATCH THIS EPISODE, PERIOD!!!! It was terrible, I not only felt insulted as a fan of Matt Groening's work. But I was also insulted as a musician, who happens to be a metal head. So seeing a piece of trash, be in an entire episode of the Simpsons, is down right sacrilegious. How is it that Metallica got a cameo, but lady gaga got an episode. That makes no sense, and then to have an episode play of the ego of this woman seems like the writers were on drugs. Plus, to see Lisa suffer in the beginning and have all the development she's received as a character be thrown away was quite tragic. Chiefly due, because Lisa is my favorite character along with Maggie. It just saddens me to see a series at it's lowest point, go straight to the depths of hell. Wow, I'm speechless. This really plays up the reoccurring theme that mediocrity sells. 1/10. That's my review. But, remember, this is just my opinion. You don't have to agree with me, but if you do. Then I don't blame you.
