Nick chases feral father Bill Granger, who was denied custody of daughter April after divorcing mother Lily, who was beaten into hospital. The refugees leave a trail of corpses on route to a shelter in the forest. However they didn't count on hereditary feral traits and their risks during her coming of age. Trivia

One of the ingredients that Rosalee lists is "Dunkelkatzenpisse," which literally means "dark cat's piss" - this means it uses the piss of a dark cat, or a "Dunkelkatze", which could be some type of Wesen. It can not mean that the piss itself is dark, as that would be "dunkle Katzenpisse". The instrument used to treat the ear infection, the "assourdissant," is French for "deafening." See more »

The writing is starting to suffer.

If you're going to believe that monsters exist, you sometimes have buy some other things that don't make sense. You shouldn't question why the police can just kick in everyone's door without a warrant. You can't really question how multiple people are murdered in every episode and the police are never investigated. Plot holes? You just have to accept them. But this episode is where Grimm jumps the shark.
